Help: purchase, download & activate
Follow these steps after buying Hayati. You always need: what just happened, what to do next, and where to get help.
1. After you pay
Upload payment proof in Portal checkout. Verification usually completes within 1 business day (IST). Your license activates only after approval—not when proof is uploaded.
2. Activate on your PC
Activate Hayati on your PC
Your license is active. Next: download → install → sign in on desktop → activate.

Portal
Confirm your organization and order status in Hayati Account.

Download
Download the installer for your edition from Downloads.

Install
Run the installer on your Windows PC.

Open Hayati desktop
Launch Hayati AI Nexus after installation.

Desktop sign in
Sign in with the same Hayati Account email and password used on the portal.

Activate
Complete activation (and device OTP if prompted). Confirm the device under Portal → Devices.
